The City of Chico has been one of our customers for nearly 10 years. We have done several projects for them including a custom maintenance management system (MMS). The field crew uses FacilitiesMap along with the integrated MMS to do mobile work order activity entry while out in the field. The MMS allows them to capture total costs including inventory, labor, and materials. The integrated aspect of the map allows field crews to pinpoint work locations and understand nearby constraints while allowing management to view open work orders, completed activities, and locate problem areas.
